Positive: Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Positive: B&B Follonica is a true gem. Giacomo runs this place with so much love, dedication and passion that you instantly feel like home. He really makes you feel welcome and special! The location couldn’t be any better. Super central, just round the corner from the beach, loads of restaurants and bars super close by but still quiet. The lovely breakfast is served in the beautiful garden, and there’s water, coffee and some snacks available all day. Giacomo arranged a sunset boat trip for us, which was absolutely amazing! He always had an open ear and great recommendations for everything we asked. We were even able to charge our electric car at the B&B! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, don’t look any further!

It is impeccably clean, comfortable, well designed, and the breakfasts were truly delicious. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend B&B Follonica to our friends.
